Sierra Precision Detail - Deposits & Cancelation Policy. Rescheduling and No-shows.

To provide every customer with the best experience and ensure efficient scheduling, we kindly ask that all clients review and understand our appointment policy below.

Deposits

A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time by using the link in your confirmation email or by calling us at 775-258-3300.

  • Rescheduling within this time frame will transfer your deposit to your new appointment date.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please call us at 775-258-3300 at least 24 hours in advance to receive your deposit back.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
